Is Fiora Muse cashmere really Grade A?

Yes. Grade A refers to the finest cashmere fibre diameter (14–15.5 microns). Our pieces are also OEKO-TEX® certified, confirming no harmful substances were used in production. We source from Inner Mongolia, the region producing the world's finest cashmere.

How long will a Fiora Muse piece last?

With proper care, a Grade A cashmere piece lasts 10–20 years. We design for longevity, not seasons, classic silhouettes that remain relevant year after year.

Does cashmere pill, and how do I prevent it?

All cashmere pills initially as loose fibres work free. Grade A cashmere pills less and stops sooner. Use a cashmere comb to remove pills, it does not damage the fabric.

What sizes do you offer, and does cashmere stretch?

We offer XS–XL. Cashmere has natural elasticity and returns to shape after wearing. Our pieces are designed with a relaxed fit that flatters across body types.

Shipping

We ship cashmere orders within 2–5 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email once your cashmere knitwear has been dispatched.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship our cashmere clothing internationally. Delivery times depend on your region and local courier schedules.

Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange a cashmere item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be unused and in original condition.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned cashmere garment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or process a refund.

Sizing

To find the best fit for your cashmere clothing, we recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering. If you are between sizes, choose your preferred look; relaxed or more fitted.

Cashmere Care
