Returns & Exchanges


If you wish to return or exchange a cashmere item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be unused and in original condition.

Refunds


After we receive and inspect your returned cashmere garment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Item


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or process a refund.

Sizing

Cashmere Care

Pilling


Pilling is natural with soft cashmere fibres. You can remove pilling gently with a cashmere comb. Consistent care will reduce pilling over time.
