Shipping

 

We currently ship all orders from Finland.

Complimentary standard shipping is available on all orders over €350.

Orders are shipped via DHL Express or Posti, and typically arrive within:

  • EU destinations: 2–5 business days

  • Other destinations: 3–8 business days

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Please note: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

 

International Shipping

 

We are gradually expanding our international shipping.

At this time, orders outside the EU may be subject to additional duties or taxes, depending on your country’s import regulations.

  • All international orders are shipped via DHL Express

  • Delivery times and potential import fees vary by destination

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes upon delivery

Return Policy

 

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for returns:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received

  • Unworn and unused, with original tags and packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Unrequested returns (without prior approval) will not be accepted

Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

 

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to:

  1. Return the item you have

  2. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item

 

Refunds

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:
It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
