Shipping & Returns


Learn about our shipping, delivery and return policies. We aim to make the process simple, transparent and stress-free.

Shipping

 

We currently ship all orders from Finland.

Complimentary standard shipping is available on all orders in EU.

Orders are shipped via DHL Express or Posti, and typically arrive within:

  • EU destinations: 2–5 business days

  • Other destinations: 3–8 business days

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

 

International Shipping

We are gradually expanding our international shipping beyond the EU.

At this time, we ship to selected non-EU countries, including the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland.

Duties & taxes

  • Orders to the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland are shipped without local VAT or duties included in the price.

  • At checkout you will only see the product total and the shipping cost.

  • When your parcel arrives in your country, local customs and VAT may be charged by your customs office or courier according to their regulations. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected by Fiora Muse at checkout.

Delivery

  • All international orders are shipped via DHL Express (or Posti for some destinations).

  • Typical delivery time is 3–8 business days, depending on the destination.

Return Policy

 

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. From EU countries returns are FREE.

Eligibility for returns:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received

  • Unworn and unused, with original tags and packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required

Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

 

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to:

  1. Return the item you have

  2. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item

 

Refunds

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:
It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
