Animal Welfare

Our cashmere is collected in the spring during the natural shedding season when goats lose their undercoat. The combing process is done gently by hand, causing no stress or harm to the animals. We never support intensive or industrial farming practices.

Desertification is a growing concern in Inner Mongolia. That’s why we partner only with suppliers who follow pasture management and rotational grazing practices that protect their grazing lands and support long-term ecological balance. Responsible land use helps preserve the delicate grasslands for future generations.

We source our cashmere exclusively from suppliers who are members of the Sustainable Fibre Alliance (SFA). The SFA is an organization dedicated to promoting animal welfare, environmental responsibility, and social sustainability within the Inner Mongolian cashmere sector.

Our Materials

At Fiora Muse, we use only Grade-A Mongolian cashmere, known for its exceptional softness and durability. Our fibres are ethically sourced, fully traceable, and hand-harvested during the goats' natural molting season.

We prioritize environmentally friendly dyeing processes and water-saving techniques, and all our yarns are Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 certified—ensuring they are free from harmful chemicals and safe for both you and the environment.

Our design philosophy embraces longevity and seasonless style, encouraging mindful consumption and fewer, better garments.

Human Rights

We believe in fair wages, safe working conditions, and dignified employment. From herders to artisans, everyone involved in creating our garments is treated with respect. We work exclusively with suppliers who meet internationally recognized labor and human rights standards.

What You Can Do

At Fiora Muse, we believe that caring for your clothes is part of caring for the planet. By airing your garments between wears and washing only when necessary, with similar colors and mild liquid detergent, you help reduce water and energy consumption. Always dry your garments flat.
